In this course we look at most of the important herbs, the conditions they require, and their uses. By working through each lesson it is hoped that the reader will share the inspiration that herbs offer and will gain a comprehensive understanding of herbs, their cultivation and uses. At the end of each of the ten texts there is an accumulative alphabetical index of herbs and spices.
